Press Release The Edge and Jet Zone Sold to CSL Publishing 17th December 2001 Two magazine titles, The Edge and Jet Zone, produced by Wake Publishing have been sold to CSL Publishing Ltd who are based in Cambridge. The Edge was launched in 1996 and it quickly became recognised as the leading title for waterskiing and wakeboarding in the UK. The Edge will be merged into the watersports section of CSL's Sportsboat and Rib magazine so creating the complete power sports magazine. Christine Birdsall, publisher of The Edge and Jet Zone said: "The Edge and, more recently, Jet Zone have established strong footholds in their respective markets. This acquisition by CSL will provide increased distribution and readership for the titles and provide an even better service to advertisers and enthusiasts alike."
