Jason Seels led the way in the men's overall finishing second in
both tricks and slalom and easily winning the jump event to take first place
over reigning and 6 time World Overall Champion Patrice Martin (FRA).
He
was joined in the final by Tom Asher who, on his 21st birthday, amassed a
solid 8500 points in the trick event to take third place ahead of a high
quality overall field.
Sarah Gatty Saunt completed the trio of British skiers in the finals by
qualifying in third place in the women's overall.
Sarah tied for first
place in the slalom with American Rhoni Barton with a score of 3.00 buoys on
the 12 metre line.
Barton then went on to jump 47.8m to take the top slot
in the qualifying followed by the current World Overall Champion Elena
Milakova who had the furthest jump of 51.4m.
Greece's Angeliki
Andriopoulou came fourth to came the last place in Sunday's finals.
