The night jump final is about to start and the skiers have just been out for the parade in front of a crowd of over 5000. The rain has stopped and the wind had died right down.

The results for the final round wil be posted below as each skier completes 3 jumps. The final will be run in reverse order, so first out is damien Sharman, who to be fair has the worst conditions in the first round.


The skiers have elected not to take the 2nd round of jumping, so the next action will be the Night Jump final starting at about 9pm.

First round complete and Jason Seels on top with 62.3m 205ft in conditions not reallt suited to water ski jumping. not sure yet if the skiers will get a 2nd round before the night jump, will keep you updated.

29th August 2004 first round of the jump event has been delayed because of a very strong tail wind and rain.



28th August 2004 Due to a training injury Oystein Barhaughogda has also withdrawn from the event.

26th August 2004 Due to an injury sustained at the Mastercraft Pro event 2 weeks ago Kyle Eade has withdrawn from the event.

24th August 2004 This is the entry list at the moment for the Night Jump.

Jumping will start at 1pm 13:00 on Sunday 29th August with the first round. The second round will start at 4pm and the final Night Jump will commence in darkness at 9pm.

The top eight placed jumpers from the first two rounds will go through to the Night Jump Final with the prize money standing at 10,000 US Dollars.

The World Night Jump Record Stands at 63.0m (207ft) set by Curtis sheers at the Night Jump last year.
