Cold and windy this morning in the castle grounds Clementine Lucine and Sarah Green battled through the 13m pass to score 4.00 @ 12m Next out was Natalie Hamrick, she ran 14m and then skipped 13m to run 12m, very risky into the wind. 13th August 2006 - 0900 World Cup - Enniskillen in Northern Ireland

Finals day and there is a gentle head wind, bit cloudy and cold.

Today there are going to be two firsts in waterskiing. One is the use of a totally automatic jump measurement system in a record capability jump final and the second is a brand new concept of ski boat from Mastercraft. I will talk about these in depth later in the day.

Action starts here at 11am with the slalom finals.

You can watch pass by pass updated by the live score board or visit the live chat room where we will type a comentary for you. Also feel free to skype me (planetwaterski)

11th August 2006 - 1700 World Cup - Enniskillen in Northern Ireland

Just about all of the skiers are on site now. Some are missing skis, but its looking good for a full field in this final stop of the World Cup. If you click on the live score pages, they show the entries and the starting order.

Remember, action starts at 8.30am. Its 5pm now and practice is coming to a close. The sun is shining and the head wind is still there for the jumping.

11th August 2006 World Cup - Enniskillen in Northern Ireland

On site now and there are about half the entered skiers here, so we will not put up start lists until late today. The timetable for events starts on Saturday morning at 8.30am with the preliminary rounds of Ladies and Mens slalom, followed by tricks and then jump. This morning it is raining and there is a fair wind blowing as a head wind for the jump and tail for the first pass of slalom.

The arena here is the closest I have seen, buoy two on the slalom is only 10m from the bank and the spray from the skiers hit the spectators.

10th August 2006 World Cup - Enniskillen in Northern Ireland

Arrived in Northern Ireland this morning. It is cool but sunny in Belfast, will be travelling to the site on Friday morning. Not sure how things are going to pan out here with the terrorist incidents. Jimmy Siemers and Rhoni Barton are here, I think they took off before the troubles started.

There are a couple of press releases out about this World Cup stop, Bulletin one and Bulletin two

I have a GPRS connection now, so as long as I can get a signal on my phone I will be able to bring you live results, chat room and reports as all the action happens.

7th August 2006 World Cup - Enniskillen in Northern Ireland

For the 12th and 13th of August the World Cup moves to Northern Ireland for the final Tournament stop for this year. All the events are so close that the series titles are still wide open.

The Enniskillen event is my favourite, the setting is in the grounds of the castle right on the edge of the town. Again Planetwaterski will be at the event posting scores on the World Cup web site and reports and photos on out dedicated event page.

The plan is to bring you our live scoreboard and live chat commentary. Getting a signal at the site is difficult, but if all else fails the very least we will do is give you all the results after each series.
