The first Wakeboard cash prize event of 2003 was held in New Zealand February 5 & 6 with a large crowd, superb weather and massive Television coverage. Perfect conditions to push the riders into strong competition at this premier event. Australian Josh Sanders has won the Air-X Games several times before, but not this year. Andrew Adkison must like New Zealand, he was there in November and won the Planet X Games, then traveled to Australia to take second in the Planet X Games in that country. Now Andrew returns with new CWB Team mate Trevor Hansen from the United States to win yet again. The CWB Team dominated the competition with 5 of the 8 finalist riding for the company.
