29th September 2002 Jaret Llewellyn leaves it right until the end of the season to confirm his position as the king, It looks like a new overall world record and an extra 2 feet on Freddies jump record with 71.7m (235 ft).
All this at the McCormick's Fall Record Tournament Florida.


22nd September 2002 EAME Championship in Roquebrune, France.
Oleg Deviatovski takes the overall gold from Jason Seels and in the ladies event Elena Milakova is edged out by Angeliki Andriopoulou from Greece. Click on the logo for full event details.

22nd September 2002 The EAME Championships brings to an end for 2002, the Virtual leagues, The Sunset Lakes, Jack Travers Jump League and The Carlos Relvas, Escola de Ski de Lisboa and Escola de Ski do Mindelo Slalom League.

22nd September 2002 EAME Championship in Roquebrune, France.
Mens slalom final
Another new name at the top, Thomas Degasperi, the only finalist to ski into 10.25m (41 off) scoring 1 buoy with Glenn Campbell in second with 5 @ 10.75m (39.5 off) 3rd was Fabrizio Ciapponi with 4 buoys.

Ladies Jump final
Saw Elena Milakova take gold with 50.1m (164 ft) ahead of the 2 French girls Anais Amade and Clementine Lucine.

Mens Jump final
Again a new name on the gold medal, that of Jochen Luers leaping 68.8m (226 ft), beating of Jesper Cassoe and Jason Seels in third.

21st September 2002 EAME Championship in Roquebrune, France.
Elena Milakova 7250 for the ladies trick event gold Oleg Deviatovski 11040 for the mens trick event gold, Nic Le Forestier scored 10820 for second Saturdays other final was ladies slalom, change at the top with Cristina Muggiasca Buros taking gold with an impressive 1 @ 10.75m .


20th September 2002 EAME Championship in Roquebrune, France.
Will Asher leads the mens slalom after the prelims with 4.5 @ 10.75m (39.5 off) with Oleg Deviatovski in second and the first of the specialists Glenn Campbell in third with 3 @ 10.75m. It was a close event with 5 skiers in a run off to get the last places in the final.

19th September 2002 EAME Championship in Roquebrune, France.

A jump of 66.0m (217feet) from Jason Seels in the team event rounded off with the final team results being France taking gold from Belarus and Great Britain.


18th September 2002 Starting today are the EAME Championship in Roquebrune, France. Check out the official site of the event by clicking on the logo.
First off is the team event with France leading Great Britain and Belarus after slalom with Glenn Campbell scoring 2.00 @ 10.25m amd Anais Amade setting a new French record with 2.00 @ 10.75m.

13th September 2002 This weekend sees the conclusion of the European Under 21 Championships and the start next week of the Open European Championships from Roquebrune in France. Updates from both events when we get them.

9th September 2002 JBWaterski saw Britain's biggest barefoot water-ski event for a decade. Sun, fun and extreme style barefooting were all seen on Saturday September 7th at 'Splash of The Titans'. full details.

2nd September 2002 The Mastercraft British Open from JB Waterski in London. Outstanding skiing at the weekend with Nic Le Forestier tricking into 12,000 points, Jason Seels jumping 67.1m (220ft) and Glenn Campbell scoring 1 @ 10.25m to win the slalom event.
